Located in the wider Japanese community in Sao Paulo in Brazil – the largest Japanese diaspora in the world – YAKUZA PRINCESS follows Akemi (MASUMI), an orphan who discovers that he is the successor of half the Yakuza criminal gang. To form an improper alliance with an amnesiac alien (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) who believes the old sword connects their two fortunes, Akemi must fight the battle against the other half of the ally who wants to kill him.
