The story of the Podolsky cadet uprising outside Moscow in October 1941. The cadets were sent to the Ilyinsky line by fighting with 43 troops of the Soviet army to stop Germany from advancing to their arrival. Desperately, the young people sacrificed their lives in a battle that lasted nearly two weeks to prevent much more advanced German troops from reaching Moscow. About 3,500 cadets and their commanders were sent to defend the last line of defense outside Moscow. Many of them will live there forever.
